This will be a Virtual workday. The META PowerScheduler team will be available to assist you with any PowerScheduler issues/questions you may have. We are asking that your building sign up for one time slot. The person that registers will receive the Zoom invitation via email the day before the event. We ask that that person share the invite with the others in your group.
On the day of the event, as you sign in, we will assign your group to a Breakout room where you can work as a team and ask for Help from the scheduling team when needed. The invite will have a time of 9:00 in which you may join and work with your group but you can wait and join at your time slot if you prefer. You are welcome to join earlier than your time slot so your group can work together.
