District Leaders & Ad Hoc Essentials

Content: Ready to lead like a pro? This session is highly recommended for all district-nominated leaders and is designed to set you up for success throughout the year. You’ll gain a clear undersanding of the District Leader role, what’s expected, how to navigate responsibilities, and how to stay proactive in supporting your district. We’ll also unlock the basics of Ad Hoc reporting, including how to create, edit, and share reports to pull essential student, staff, and census data. By the end, you’ll have the tools to confidently access and use data when it matters most.
Custom Forms in Campus

Content: Looking to streamline and simplify your documents? This session will show you how to fully leverage Custom Forms within Infinite Campus to create more efficiently across your district. We’ll walk through how to create and manage custom forms, attach forms directly to individual records, and utilize existing Campus data to auto-fill key information. You’ll also learn how to capture new data within forms and make it reportable through Ad Hoc, giving your team greater flexibility and insight. By the end of this session, you’ll be equipped to build smarter processes, reduce manual work, and keep your data organized and accessible, all in one place.

User Security & Clean-Up

Content: Before the season begins, it’s time to get your system game ready. In this working session, we’ll focus on aligning your district’s system preferences to ensure tools like Behavior, Attendance, Fees, and Reports are set up according to your district standards. We’ll walk through creating and maintaining user accounts for both students and staff, while also verifying that your system is properly configured and ready to support the school year. As we continue, we’ll take a closer look at backend admin setup tools, cleaning up schedules, and reviewing key modules within Infinite Campus to help prevent common issues before they arise. By the end of this session, you’ll have a cleaner, more efficient system and the confidence that your district is set up for a smooth start to FY27.
