Infinite Campus Summer Trainings FY27

Our Annual Summer Training Sessions for the 2026–2027 school year, for the META IC Supported Districts, are right around the corner, and this year we’re leveling things up with our theme: “Winning with Campus.”

Get ready for an interactive training experience where we’ll combine hands-on learning, real time collaboration, and a little friendly competition to help the information stick and keep things engaging. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or newer to Infinite Campus, there’s something here for everyone to sharpen their skills and start the year strong.

Sessions are limited to 25 participants, so don’t wait, spots will fill quickly!
We will be conducting these sessions 100% in person at our Meta Athens office at 221 Columbus Rd. Athens, OH 45701.

District Leaders & Ad Hoc Essentials

Intended Audience: District Leaders, Tech Coordinators, Infinite Campus Admin Users, EMIS coordinators

Content: Ready to lead like a pro? This session is highly recommended for all district-nominated leaders and is designed to set you up for success throughout the year. You’ll gain a clear undersanding of the District Leader role, what’s expected, how to navigate responsibilities, and how to stay proactive in supporting your district. We’ll also unlock the basics of Ad Hoc reporting, including how to create, edit, and share reports to pull essential student, staff, and census data. By the end, you’ll have the tools to confidently access and use data when it matters most.

Custom Forms in Campus

Intended Audience: District Leaders, Infinite Campus Admin Users, EMIS coordinators

Content: Looking to streamline and simplify your documents? This session will show you how to fully leverage Custom Forms within Infinite Campus to create more efficiently across your district. We’ll walk through how to create and manage custom forms, attach forms directly to individual records, and utilize existing Campus data to auto-fill key information. You’ll also learn how to capture new data within forms and make it reportable through Ad Hoc, giving your team greater flexibility and insight. By the end of this session, you’ll be equipped to build smarter processes, reduce manual work, and keep your data organized and accessible, all in one place.

User Security & Clean-Up

Intended Audience: Infinite Campus Admin Users, Tech Coordinators, Counselors/Schedulers, EMIS Coordinators

Content: Before the season begins, it’s time to get your system game ready. In this working session, we’ll focus on aligning your district’s system preferences to ensure tools like Behavior, Attendance, Fees, and Reports are set up according to your district standards. We’ll walk through creating and maintaining user accounts for both students and staff, while also verifying that your system is properly configured and ready to support the school year. As we continue, we’ll take a closer look at backend admin setup tools, cleaning up schedules, and reviewing key modules within Infinite Campus to help prevent common issues before they arise. By the end of this session, you’ll have a cleaner, more efficient system and the confidence that your district is set up for a smooth start to FY27.

Content: Accuracy matters, and this session helps you get it right from the start. Learn how to build courses, sections, and grading tasks while ensuring everything aligns with EMIS reporting requirements. We’ll also break down pushing out grading options, grading window details, calculations, transcripts, and reporting tools, so your process runs smoothly all year long.

Content: This all-in-one session equips your front office team with the tools they use every day. From scheduling and fees to census data and communications, we’ll cover it all. Attendance topics include various entry options, reports, and a HB96 overview, ensuring your processes are accurate and consistent.

*Pro Tip: Make sure your IC Admin attends the System Clean-Up session to align backend settings before the season begins.
