META Solutions’ Purchasing Cooperative strives to be the best partner for your purchasing needs.  We aim to help lighten the administrative workload at the district level by taking on more of it at the cooperative level.  Towards that end, this webpage is designed to simplify the procurement review process for all parties involved: the district, the cooperative, the auditing firm Crowe LLC, and the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce.

FOR DISTRICTS: In the folder titled District Procurement Documents, you will find guidance for your part of the procurement review.  Because Crowe and ODEW have access to the documents they need to assess your district’s compliance, districts getting reviewed now simply need to provide:

  • D – Evaluation Criteria
  • H – Invoices
  • Answers to four internal controls questions

Please do acquaint yourself with all the documents in this folder as it will give you insight into the larger purchasing picture as well as make your procurement reviews easier.
